Agreement Between Customer and Saltmarine Charters LLC Boat Rentals

By accessing or using the services provided by Saltmarine Charters LLC Boat Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Rental Requirements

Eligibility:

To rent a boat, you must be at least [minimum age] years old and possess a valid [type of license] license.

Reservation:

To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information. Reservation confirmation is subject to boat availability.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit is required before boat rental. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the boat, less any charges for damages or violations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation & Reschedule:

All sales are final. We do not provide cancellations. We offer Reschedule. Reschedule must be made 3 days in advance to reserve the date. Reschedules made within 3 days will have to book a new time slot through the website. Saltmarine Charters LLC reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reasons. In such cases, a rescheduling option will be provided.

Boat Usage Guidelines

Captain’s Responsibilities:

The designated captain must be knowledgeable about local boating laws and safety regulations.

Prohibited Activities:

Smoking, illegal substances, and reckless behavior are strictly prohibited on the boat.

Capacity:

The number of passengers must not exceed the boat's specified capacity.

Liability and Insurance

Insurance:

Saltmarine Charters LLC provides insurance coverage for the boat. Customers are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability:

Saltmarine Charters LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the rental period.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Saltmarine Charters LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
